WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YELLOW AND WHITE SHEA BUTTER?

The difference between yellow and white Shea butter is that the yellow Shea butter has a natural dye derived from the roots of a tree in Africa. The dye gives the Shea Butter its bright fun color while maintaining its 100% natural integrity.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Website orders are processed and shipped on the same or next business day after they are received.

UPS Shipping may take 1-4 days depending on what state the order is being sent to.

USPS Priority mail takes approximately 3- 5 days within the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia.

Generally orders are delivered within the same week of purchase, Parcel transit cannot be guaranteed. 


HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

1) Management must authorize all returns. Contact us to arrange a return. A return sent without our approval will not be refunded.

2) Returns are permitted within 7 days from the date of purchase (we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk). All Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges are not refundable under any circumstances for any reason.

a) All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on unsealed / used products will not be accepted. 

b) To ensure the safety and health of our customers we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk or any item that comes into contact with ANY bodily fluid. Once these items leave our warehouse, they must remained sealed in order to be returned.

3) All images are for illustration only, and may not represent the product described. 

4) We are not responsible for typographical errors.
